FAQ

  • Please check with your doctor first. Our courses are designed for a range of levels, but we don't know your body or your history, and we can't tell you what's safe for you. If you have an injury, a medical condition, are pregnant, or are returning to exercise after time away or surgery, talk with your physician before starting any of our workouts.

    Once you're cleared, listen to your body as you go. Move at your own pace, never push through sharp pain, and stop right away if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath — and seek medical attention if you need it. These courses are educational and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they aren't a substitute for care from a qualified professional.

  • Your lessons live in the Kajabi app on your phone, and from there you can send them to your TV. Your TV does not need to be new, but it does need to be able to receive a cast. You will find out which in about ten seconds.

    Before you start

    • Your phone and your TV need to be on the same Wi-Fi network.

    • Have the email address you used when you bought the course.

    1. Get the app. Download the free Kajabi app: iPhone: App Store · Android: Google Play. Use these links rather than searching, so you get the right app. Open it and tap Get Started.

    2. Sign in. Enter the email address you used at checkout. The app will send you a confirmation email. Open that email on the same phone and tap Confirm Email Address. (You can also copy the six-digit code from the email and paste it into the app.) Then choose your Pilates Apps course from the list.

    3. Start a lesson. Open any lesson and press play. Look for the AirPlay icon (iPhone) or the Cast icon (Android) on the video, and tap it. If you don't see it, tap the video once.

    4. Choose your TV. Your TV's name will appear in a list. Tap it. If a four-digit code appears on the TV, type it into your phone. The lesson will start on the TV. Your phone is now the remote for playing, pausing, and going back, so keep it within reach of your mat.

    If your TV's name doesn't appear

    1. Check the Wi-Fi. If your phone is on cellular data, or the TV is on a different network (a guest network, for example), they can't see each other.

    2. Restart the TV. Turn it off and on again, then repeat step 3.

    3. iPhone users: look in your TV's settings for AirPlay and make sure it is on. Menu names vary by brand.

    4. Still nothing? Your TV probably can't receive a cast. That is a limit of the TV, not something you did wrong. Two options work with any TV:

      • Laptop and HDMI cable. Log in at [course site URL], play the lesson full screen, connect the laptop to the TV with an HDMI cable, and select that HDMI input on the TV. Some laptops need a small adapter.

      • A streaming stick. [Recommended stick and one-line setup, after testing.]
